Registration includes full access to scientific sessions, the exhibit area, the welcome reception, lunch sessions, continental breakfast, and coffee breaks. Additional activities are optional and available for purchase at cost. View the Program-at-a-Glance for more details. Please note: Tickets to the Annual Banquet Dinner are optional and require an additional fee of $150 per person. Banquet tickets can be added during the registration process.
What Does It Cost?
Member pricing is based on each participant's membership status at the time of registration. To qualify for the member rate, you must have an active SFG membership. Not a member? Join during registration to receive the discounted member rate.

Payment Terms
All meeting registrations are processed by the Society of Glycobiology (SFG). Full payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) is due when you register. Checks, purchase orders, wire transfers and cash are not accepted. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon completion of registration. This confirmation serves as your receipt. Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policies
Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] on or before October 8, 2026. A $75 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. NO refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or after October 9, 2026. Rather than cancelling, consider sending a substitute. Substitutions
An organization may submit a request to substitute one person for another in writing prior to October 8, 2026. Note: If you paid the member rate, but your substitute is a non-member, the substitute will need to pay the difference in cost; however, if the substitute rate is lower than what you originally paid, you will not receive a difference in the price.
Badge Pickup
Badges will not be mailed prior to the event. Pre-registered attendees and exhibitors may pick up their badges at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. To ensure a faster onsite check-in, please complete your registration prior to SFG 2026. |
