Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your participation at the SFG meeting, you must contact [email protected] by October 29, 2021. A $25 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After October 29, 2021 11:59PM ET, no refunds will be issued. Please note that SFG has expanded the registration refund policy to allow for unforeseen travel restrictions in place at the time of our event and will honor any earnest request for a refund and waiver of the $25 processing fee if unable to travel due to such restrictions.

All cancellations must be provided IN WRITING by October 29, 2021. (Hotel and travel cancellations/refunds are the sole responsibility of the individual.)

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for 2021 Annual Meeting
SFG is committed to hosting a safe in-person meeting and will follow all safety measures based on the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as local government requirements and guidance.

As of June 15, 2021, the State of California no longer has a travel advisory.  California’s Department of Public Health has updated statewide masking guidance to match the CDC’s guidance, lifting California’s mask requirements for vaccinated individuals starting on June 15. Vaccinated people are able to come together without masks in most circumstances, including an event the size of the SFG Annual Meeting. People who are unvaccinated must continue to wear a mask indoors in public settings to protect themselves and others.

In order to attend this in-person event, there may be mandatory conditions in place which you must comply with for the safety and well-being of all attendees. Non-compliance may result in your removal from the event. Your registration fee would not be refunded due to non-compliance of guidelines.  If safety measures are changed, they will be posted on the website and disseminated to all attendees.
