Postdoctoral Position in Cancer Biology Yale University
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual for a postdoctoral position in cancer biology. The candidate will join a diverse team studying head and neck, lung, bone, and brain tumors. The laboratory has expertise studying cell surface receptor signaling, protein N-glycosylation, and DNA damage; employing both high throughput (ie small molecule inhibitor and genetic screening) and biochemical approaches to understand mechanisms of response and resistance to therapy. This funded research program emphasizes the translational potential of studies in tumor models, and provides numerous opportunities for education and training in cancer biology.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in the biological sciences, previous experience with techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, and experience with eukaryotic cell systems. Recent PhD graduates and PhD students completing their thesis are encouraged to apply. Candidates should email a cover letter, CV, and contact information for three references to [email protected]
