IGO & glyco26 Update

Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,

The 26th International Symposium on Glycoconjugates, the Glyco26, programmed for August 29-September 3 of this year, has been deferred to August 27-September 1, 2023. As you can imagine, it is with great disappointment and sadness that we have had to make this difficult decision. However, I think we are all in agreement that this was inevitable due to the pandemic covid-19 that seriously continues to affect all the world. The safety of the whole community remained the most important point to take the final decision.

We want to thank all the Colleagues that accepted- or programmed to attend the Glyco26.

In a second moment, I contacted the national representative that offered their efforts to organize the next glyco27, glyco28 and glyco29 in Vancouver (Canada), Japan and France, respectively, and informed on the necessity to progressively shift all the symposia of two years. They accepted this and accordingly  the next sequence will be: Taipei in 2023, Vancouver in 2025, Japan in 2027 and France in 2029. 

We very much look forward to welcoming you all to Taipei in 2023!
