By submitting a registration for the meeting, you (conference attendee) are granting permission for the use of photographs taken at the conference, to be used on the society website or in subsequent society publications. Information may be shared with partner groups with discretion. If an attendee does not want information to be shared, please opt out by emailing us that request via here.
Refund and Cancellation Policy Registration refunds will be provided minus a 15% cancellation fee for refund requests received in writing via email by October 3, 2016 at the latest. No refunds can be given after this date. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
