Airport Transportation

Tampa International Airport services most major airlines, domestic and international. Driving time to or from the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club is approximately 30 minutes. St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport services several airlines. Driving time to or from the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club is approximately 25 minutes.

Transportation
Our in-house transportation service is provided by Ambassador Limousine and providing various tiers of transportation for all of our guests' needs. They offer Mercedes Benz limo-coaches, sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, 24 to 55-person buses, Rolls Royce's, vintage cars, and party buses. Ambassador Limousine is now providing on-demand service, however, reservations are recommended. Service each way to/from Tampa International Airport or the Port of Tampa start at $38. Reduced rates are offered for groups of four or more.

The Resort has a limited amount of vehicles for shuttle service to and from our golf course and Sunset Ballroom. This service is complimentary.

Parking
Both self parking and valet parking are available. Self parking in our covered parking garage is currently charged at $14.00 per vehicle per day. Valet parking services are currently charged at $20.00 per vehicle per day. These charges will be automatically added to the individual's room account.

Check-in / Check-out
Our guest room check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. daily. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. daily. If guest accommodations are not ready at the time of arrival or if late check-outs are not possible, we will be happy to store luggage and provide changing facilities in our Health Club.

Credit will need to be established for all attendees at check-in. The Resort honors American Express, VISA, Master Card, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, Enroute and JCB credit cards.

Wi-Fi High Speed Internet
Access is available for free in guest rooms if reserved within the room block by deadline. Otherwise, access is $14.95 per day in guest rooms. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available in the Resort Lobby and in the meeting rooms.

Business Center
The Business Center is located on the Plaza Level in the Historical Main Building. The Business Center is provided by Vertical Systems Inc. and is a 24/7 Automated Business Center with Customer Assistance available via telephone.
Services available: Black/White and Color Printing, 2 Dell Work Stations with Internet Access, Complimentary Boarding Pass Access and Printing, Laptop Docking Stations, and Fax capabilities.

Lunch is available Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Dinner is available daily from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
$19.25 3-Course Classic Dining Menu is available daily from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.
Late Night Dining Menu is available daily from 10:00pm to 12:00am.
Sunday Brunch is available from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Cost is $52.95 or $59.95 with Champagne.
Cocktails are available Sunday thru Thursday from 11:00am to 12:00am and Friday and Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00am.
Live Entertainment is provided by our DJ on Friday and Saturday Evenings.

C.)    Alfresco: Located poolside. Casual attire is welcome at all times.
Cocktails, tropical drinks and a Floribbean menu is available daily from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
Happy Hour is available daily from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with ½ priced appetizers.
Enjoy themed nights Thursday thru Monday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
Breakfast is served on Sunday from an A La Carte menu from 8:00am to 11:00am.

D.)    Fred's Steakhouse: Located on the Plaza Level. This private restaurant is available to hotel guests and club members only. Attire is semi formal. Collared Shirts and Slacks are required. No jeans or flip flops.
Dinner is available Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

E.)    Veranda Café & Resort Shop: Located on the Lobby Promenade Level. Brewing Illy coffee along with serving pastries, grab & go snacks and bottled beverages. The resort shop sells a variety of daily necessities, specialty items, and resort memorabilia. Opens Sunday thru Thursday from 6:00am to 9:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 6:00am to 10:00pm.

F.)    Veranda & Lobby Bar: Located on the Lobby Promenade Level. Featuring an indoor and outdoor bar.
Full cocktail services and specialty bar menu are available daily from 2:00pm.
Live Music on the Veranda on Friday and Saturday Evenings from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

G.)    Clubhouse: Located at the Vinoy Golf Course. Attire is the same as Golf Course attire.
Lunch is available daily from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
Dinner is available Wednesday thru Sunday from 5:00pm to 8:30pm.
Full Breakfast is served on Saturday from 6:00am to 11:00am.

Guest Services
Our Navigator Desk is available from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm and offers information on a variety of services, such as transportation, area attractions, spouse activity recommendations, baby-sitting, off-site dining and recreation.

Recreation
The Resort offers a variety of recreational activities including golf, tennis, full service health club, and salon & spa. Our heated pools are available to guests from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.

Golf
The Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club is a five minute complimentary ride from the main resort. The beautiful par 71 golf course winds through palms, mangroves, and wetlands, with an abundance of natural vegetation and wildlife. Redesigned in 1992 by renowned golf architect, Ron Garl, the course features two double greens, an island green, and ten spacious lakes. There are six sets of tees for every skill level, making it enjoyable for both ladies and men, novice to advance. Located on the premises are a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, shoe room, Clubhouse Restaurant, a heated swimming pool, and the Sunset Ballroom.

Vinoy Salon & Day Spa offers luxurious spa treatments and services, each designed to restore body, mind, and spirit. The spa experience will be individually tailored to meet your personal needs in a serene and intimate setting of timeless elegance. Appointments with our highly trained and friendly staff are recommended.

Health Club and Tennis
The Vinoy offers guests 24-hour access to a state-of-the-art workout facility including cardio machines, strength machines and free weights. Complimentary access to a full range of fitness classes is also available including yoga, pilates, cycling, strength and Zumba. The health club locker rooms provide our guests use of the steam room, sauna, and whirlpool. There are 12 har-tru tennis courts available from 7:00am until 10:00pm daily.

Resort Dress Codes
Resort Public Areas (with the exception of the pool): Shoes and shirts are required in all areas of the resort.
Restaurants & Clubhouse: Refer to Food and Beverage summary on page three for appropriate dress attire.
Golf Course & Driving Range: Attire is strictly enforced. Collared shirts, Bermuda length shorts or slacks, golf or tennis shoes are required. Ladies may wear sleeveless or proper tee shirts. No jogging shorts, cut-offs or blue jeans are permitted.

Security / Medical
The Resort has a 24-hour security and emergency response team. Emergency medical facilities, hospitals, and walk-in clinics are all available within five minutes driving time from the Vinoy as well as drug stores and pharmacies.
