Location - Set in 22 oceanfront acres on Waikiki's longest stretch of beach, just 20 minutes from Honolulu International Airport (HNL), Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort enjoys a prime location on the gorgeous south shore of Oahu.
Willing to share your room and split costs? Looking to join a room? Participate in the Room Share Program. You must be registered for the Annual Meeting prior to participating. It is the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate with and to work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. The Society's role is strictly limited to the maintenance of the list of registrants who have signified interest in the program and will maintain the list but will not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) represent that any room share which may follow use of the service will prove to be satisfactory to the participants. After room matching, registrants are required to remove their names from the Room Sharing list.
Taxi - AMPCO Express is the managing contractor of the Airport's Open Taxi System at Honolulu International Airport. Fare from the airport to Waikiki during non-rush hour periods is approximately $35-$40, maximum of four people, plus a baggage charge of 35 cents per bag. Fare is by meter only.
SpeediShuttle Airport Transportation - SpeediShuttle is the only authorized on demand shuttle service provider at the Honolulu airport and has greeters stationed throughout the terminals. They are also the only airport shuttle that can drop off and pick up guests in the Main Lobby at the resort. Shared Ride Starting at $14.55 (Arrival) and $13.60 (Departure). Exclusive Shuttle $128.07 (Arrival) and $120.85 (Departure).
Parking - Hilton Hawaiian Village provides a six-level parking garage, conveniently accessible from all towers at the resort. Self-parking and valet parking are both available. Daily Self-Parking Charge: $27.00* Valet Parking Charge: $33.00* Validated Self-Parking Charge: $8.00* (For event functions only. Not valid for overnight function parking.) Validated Valet Parking Charge: $13.00* (For event functions only. Not valid for overnight function parking.) Lost Ticket: $100.00*. *Subject to change. Hilton Hawaiian Village does not accept oversized vehicles (taller than 6'6).
