Abstract Submission:

July 22, 2015 ::: Abstract  deadline. *NOTE* Any abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered for publication in the journal, Glycobiology.

Late-breaking abstracts can be submitted after July 22 which will be printed and distributed at the meeting.

Abstract credits can be purchased during registration at $30 per submission. Once purchased, an email with a pre-registration code and abstract submission link will be emailed to you.


Abstract Notes:

Your abstract is not considered "final" until you accept the "terms of submission".  Until you do so, you will be able to edit your abstract as many times as needed, prior to the abstract deadline.

When you submit your abstract you will receive an email that contains a link.  This link will let you edit your abstract as often as necessary, until you accept the "terms of submission".

If you have not accepted the "terms of submission", your abstract will not be considered as an official submission.
Be sure to accept the "terms of submission" before the deadline.

Once the "terms of submission" have been accepted, your abstract will be final and no further edits can be made.


How to Enter Abstract Title, Authors and Affiliations:

Step 1:  Enter your abstract title

Step 1A:  Enter the name of the first affiliation/institution then click "Add Affil/Institution to List".  Continue to add all remaining affiliations/institutions associated with this submission before going to the next step.

Step 2A:  Enter the first author's First Name, Middle Initial (if any), Last Name, and Authors Email address in the appropriate boxes.

Then, in Step 2B select the affiliation(s) from the dropdown that belong to that author, and Step 2C. click 'Add First Author'.
Repeat this process for all co-authors (if any) on the abstract before proceeding.

Abstract Text:  Cut and paste your abstract using the tools shown below.  Click 'Save Abstract', then 'Preview Required', then 'Next' to continue.

You will be able to preview your abstract before you submit the final version. The abstract is not considered final until you agree to the "Terms of Submission". Until that time, you can return to your abstract by using the link that was emailed to you to make changes.

* FIRST AUTHOR listed must be the person who will present the talk or poster.

There is a 350 word max (body text) for submissions, and no graphics/images are allowed.
