TBA. There is a $30 abstract submission fee per abstract. You must register for the meeting prior to submitting an abstract.
When submitting your abstract, utilize the WYSIWYG tool and cut and paste
UNFORMATTED text from a word doc into the abstract submission tool for best results. You will be able to add greek characters and format within the tool. There is a 300 word limit.
Posters
Poster notifications will be sent to the submitting author only. Submitting authors are responsible for forwarding any information to co-authors if applicable. More information to follow.
Student Travel Awards
Travel award submissions are taken electronically during the abstract submission process. Please note that the travel award application is concurrent with abstract submission so you cannot go back and submit this at a later date. Submit the abstract and all of the travel award materials at the same time.
1) Only grad students and postdocs within 5 years of receiving their PhD are eligible.
2) Requires submission of a CV and mentor support letter.
3) Both the applicant and mentor must be paid members of the Society
4) Application for the travel award will occur during the abstract submission process
.
5) Preference will be given to candidates located further from the meeting location.
6) Only two award applications will be considered from any one investigator's laboratory.
